Platform Usage:
The system may store contacts, templates, campaigns, conversations, message statuses, webhook logs, API logs, wallet transactions, login activity, IP address and device information to deliver the service and protect accounts.

Meta and WhatsApp Processing:
When you connect WhatsApp Cloud API, your Facebook Business Portfolio, WABA ID, Phone Number ID and encrypted access token may be stored so the platform can send messages, receive webhooks and manage templates after your authorization.

Security:
Sensitive keys and tokens are encrypted where applicable. Access is controlled by roles, permissions and tenant isolation.
