Data Deletion Instructions
Ads Web Lab provides WhatsApp Cloud API agency software for businesses that connect their own Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone number through Facebook Embedded Signup.
What data may be connected with Meta:
When you use Facebook Embedded Signup, Ads Web Lab may store business connection metadata such as Business Portfolio ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, display-name status, webhook subscription status, template status and encrypted access credentials after authorization. We do not ask you to upload official Meta business verification documents to this page. Official verification documents are submitted directly to Meta Business Suite / Security Centre.
How to request deletion from Facebook:
Open Facebook Settings, go to Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, find Ads Web Lab, remove the app or integration, then choose the option to request data deletion if shown by Facebook.
How to request deletion directly from Ads Web Lab:
You may also contact Ads Web Lab support from your registered business email and request deletion of eligible Facebook-related app data. Include your business name, workspace email, connected phone number and the reason for deletion.
What happens after a deletion request:
We will remove or anonymize eligible Facebook-related app data that is not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, audit logs, dispute handling or service continuity. WhatsApp message records, billing records, wallet transactions, login activity and security logs may be retained where required by law, contract or legitimate security needs.
Deletion callback URL for Meta:
Use this URL in Meta App Basic Settings as the User Data Deletion URL or Data Deletion Callback URL:

When Meta sends a signed deletion callback request to this URL, Ads Web Lab validates the signed_request using the configured Meta App Secret, records the deletion request and returns a status URL plus confirmation code.
Status tracking:
After a Meta callback request, the returned status URL will show the current processing status of the request. Keep the confirmation code for support.
