By using Ads Web Lab, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business communication and in compliance with Meta, WhatsApp Business, telecom, privacy and anti-spam requirements.

Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for accurate company information, authorized users, secure passwords and all activity inside your workspace.

WhatsApp Compliance:
You must collect valid customer opt-in before sending messages. Marketing, utility and OTP messages must follow WhatsApp policies and approved template rules.

Payments and Wallet:
Wallet credits may be used for eligible services and usage charges. Service purchases are deducted from wallet balance after confirmation.

Service Availability:
The platform depends on hosting, payment gateways, Meta APIs and WhatsApp infrastructure. External outages may affect service availability.

Suspension:
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security risk or unpaid dues.
