Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to Ads Web Lab wallet payments, service purchases and platform-related charges.
Wallet Top-Ups:
Wallet top-ups are credited after successful payment verification. Refund requests are reviewed based on usage, gateway status and service eligibility.
Service Purchases:
Once a setup, support or technical service has started, the service amount may not be refundable. If the service has not started, refund or wallet reversal may be considered.
Gateway Charges:
Payment gateway charges, taxes or third-party fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
Failed Payments:
If payment is deducted but wallet credit is not visible, contact support with the payment ID. Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be corrected.
Abuse and Violations:
No refund may be provided for accounts suspended due to policy violations, fraud, abuse, spam or unlawful usage.
